Louisiana Iris ‘Enticing Eyes’ lives up to its name with intricate, almost hand-painted blooms that reward a closer look. White standards are often playfully flecked with pink, rising above cream-yellow falls edged in pink and accented by a red streak, yellow thumbprint, green veining, and a distinctive green spear-shaped signal. Pink style arms tie the colors together, creating a bright and beautifully detailed flower.
Introduced by hybridizer Brian Shamblin, this midseason-blooming Louisiana iris reaches approximately 36 inches tall. Its upright foliage and richly patterned flowers make it a striking addition to pond edges, rain gardens, bog gardens, and consistently moist perennial borders.
