Refund policy

We guarantee our plants to be true to name and to arrive in good condition. If you are not satisfied upon arrival, do not plant or soak.  You may request replacement or return your purchase within 48 hours for a full refund. If we made a mistake in filling your order or you are not satisfied for any other reason, let us know as soon as possible and we will make amends. We trust that you follow our recommended growing instructions.

Our ultimate goal is satisfied customers.  If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
